This is to announce the DSN Mission Forum, to be held at JPL, Pasadena, on
December 09-10, 2009. The new JPL Flight Project Building Auditorium seats 400
guests, so you may distribute this announcement to others on your project who
will benefit from participating in the forum and retreat. We will have remote telecon/webex available during the forum.
Logistics:
Guests may park in the Visitor Lot at JPL (at the front gate, across from
the Visitor Center).
Guests with NASA badges do not require Visitor Request Form submittal & do not
need to be escorted.
Guests who do not have NASA badges should send names and citizenship to
Susan.Kurtik@jpl.nasa.gov and we will make sure that the proper forms are
completed for entry through the Visitor Control Center.
Logistics for signing up for the forum and retreat will be distributed next
week.
